There is a very active Presbyterian Women's group at Hamilton Union Presbyterian Church. We have about 35 members. Our activities involve mission projects, Bible study and fellowship.
We have a well developed relationship with Presbyterian Women at the Presbytery and Synod levels. We participate in the Birthday and Thank Offerings and use the Horizon's Bible studies.
We have two Circles that generally meet on the 4th Tuesday of each month. The Morning Circle meets from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the Evening Circle meets 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Our Circle meetings include a short business meeting, Bible study or an educational program and refreshments. Besides our regular Circle meetings, we have many special events, a prayer chain and a Prayer Shawl Ministry. All women at Hamilton Union are encouraged to join us for whatever interests them. Presbyterian Women's activities are open to women in the community, regardless of their affiliation to Hamilton Union.
Supporting local, regional and international mission programs is the main focus of Presbyterian Women in Hamilton Union Presbyterian Church.
